It will be too far for pedestrians to walk to the restaurants and bars if there is a Currie @ Lancaster Stop.
Farrington Field is being used for temporary parking for the West 7th entertainment district dispels any concern about Lancaster from the restaurants and bars. It is a no-brainer.
Elsewhere, I have argued for FWISD to use the FF lot for developing a two-three level garage to be used year round to provide valet parking for patrons using the restaurants and bars in the W7Entertainment District --another no=brainer.
DASH via Lancaster Avenue is a no-brainer.

The T/Trinity Metro is purchasing 4 buses to run the route. As mentioned earlier, these will all be electric. Each bus is $939,250. The buses are almost certainly Proterra's 35 foot model, seating 28 passengers. You can read more on the buses here.
A funding gap still exists but is shrinking as each of the 3 art museums and Museum Place development have pitched in.

I'm still hoping they're going to treat it like a streetcar with dedicated station platforms and maps that show every station.
The Dash is basically nothing more than a shortened route 2 if it doesn't act like a streetcar.
