Long line and wait time and the process definitely gets and holds your attention; but I will continue to go to Braum's for ice cream.

Braum's is okay for mass produced ice cream at a low price point, but Melt on Magnolia and Gypsy Scoops on Race are worth a try.

I'm a big fan of Gypsy Scoops, but after having rolled ice cream before it's completely different taste and texture from traditional ice cream that I enjoy having it as an alternative.
