Other than the slick streets and a little difference in the amount of daylight, that photograph is not too different than the one used in the listing for the Bass Hall on Architecture in Fort Worth.

Yeah you can tell that your pic was not taken from inside a car and doesn't have window glare. Much better picture than theirs.

This is for anybody who has been to a show, are there any bad seats there? I guess I was too late buying tickets and all that is left are the back rows in the upper gallery.

I would say there's no bad seats in the house.  The only time I've sat in the upper gallery was for Jersey Boys and we were within a few rows of the back.  The view was still outstanding.  Relative to the mezzanine, boxes, or floor?  Definitely not as good, but still far from bad.
