Winfield Place has quietly been getting fixed up over the past few years.  Last year it was bought by a new land manager

 

Today as I was leaving downtown, I noticed the building was getting new windows. I've long thought the old windows it had did not look good or fit with the building, so far the new ones look much better and I think the new ones probably look closer to how it was when built in 1919.

 

The picture I got was not very good, I was in a bit of a hurry.

Excellent! 

I can't tell from the pic - hopefully they put the simulated divided lite bars (whatever the exact term is) on the outside of the glass, not sandwiched between the panes of glass.
