Everyone must have 6 months out of the last year of VERIFIABLE rental history with another apartment community, management company or mortgage company.........we don't verify with individuals (friends, family).  Must make 2-1/2 times the amount of the monthly rent.  I think the lowest rent will be around $725 per month so income would have to be at least $21,000 per year.  Must have 75% or better credit and no criminal history.

Legally we have to accept dogs but they will have to be under 10lbs (full grown) and registered with the city and vet records to prove shots and weight.  There is no green space anywhere around the building.  Indoor only cats are fine.  What else can I tell you?  Go check out all the floors plans on the website........hunterplaza.com

You lost me at dogs.  We have two that are too big.

I'm not sure my wife is ready for apartment living but I'm interested in at least looking into it.

If your interested in apartment living that accepts big dogs, then you should call Hillside.  We allow pets up to 80lbs....No Aggressive Breeds. :)

The Fort Worth Housing Authority is now "Fort Worth Housing Solutions" - a good marketing move.  I do think that Hunter Plaza could use a new name also.  I would offer my suggestions:  222 Burnett or Burnett House. :smwink:

That looks beautiful! I'm sure the residents will love living there and always glad to see more affordable housing.

Is there still more to be done to the exterior of the building?... I drove by yesterday and it doesn't look anything like the rendering in the video.

That certainly bodes well for the downtown apartment market.

Damn.
