Is it or isn't it? I guess they don't build 'em like they used to.. I mean, Benbrook Dam has been around for 60 years now and doesn't seem to be in trouble. I suppose that a shaky dam would be a good reason to limit fracking in the area, but how close is "safe"?

Talk about a vague report. It seems like a lot of words to get around to the point that the Corps doesn't want fracking to happen close to the dam.
