Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a while but I had to join when I stumbled upon this looking up La Familia restaurant on google maps and just had to share. Just move West one click and you'll see (Don't worry, not spam or virus - just a link to google maps).

Try moving around a little bit - I showed my wife and she was blown away. I moved here in 2008 and the transformation of this area has been incredible and I love living in downtown.

Thanks for the link. I have used Google Maps often and ever since it was put out. When you click on your link and head west on 7th Street, it jumps back in time to when the Acme Brick Headquarters was still standing on the street before the new developments were constructed.

Welcome to the forum!

Wow - that's pretty amazing, especially considering that Street View hasn't been around all that long, yet caught such a change! Very cool!

That is cool.

I've seen other changes like that on Google Maps, but none as dramatic, and at such a recognizable spot, as that one.
