Anybody know the title of the book the author mentions? Can you guys name me any books that talk about the North Side area?

Try to get a copy of 'North Of The River' by J'Nell Pate published by TCU Press back in 1994.

There is also a book about TESCO called "And the work was made less" that describes some of Rosen's efforts to install his street railway. It comes up on eBay from time to time.
