Sometime in the last 4-6 months, there was an article in the Star Telegram on line about an old school/ convent, that I think is being used as a home/nursing facility for the remaining nuns. Actually, I think this article was about the Mother Superior who grew up in Texas and had a history with horses/horseback riding/rodeo.
I can picture the entrance in my mind from when I last saw it 20 or so years ago.

Using the Handbook of Texas Website, I think this might be Our Lady of Victory College.

Does anybody have any pictures of the convent/school?

The school, Our Lady of Victory is still there and in operation on Hemphill St. The original convent next door to it has been remodeled into the Victory Arts Center and I believe there are loft apartments available there. The new convent is directly behind this.
