The old Supreme Golf Warehouse off of South Main in the Near Southside (next to previous South Main redevelopments like the Miller Lofts and the Sawyer Grocery buildings) is getting heavily remade into a mixed-use development by Near Southside developer Eddie Vanston. The building is becoming loft apartments upstairs and ground-floor retail & office space. (Many of the exterior windows are being enlarged for use as a residential structure - the first two can be seen in the photo above.)
Some of the ground-floor tenants will be Shipping & Receiving Beer Garden, Fort Worth Bike Sharing, and Happy Tomato Salsa.
I've just posted a preview of the building, showing its in-progress state:

There'll be an open house next Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Couple of other in-progress shots:
Shipping & Receiving will feature both an interior bar and an elaborate outdoor beer garden setup, with a building-length loading dock looking over a closed block of red brick street. They're planting trees in the old street and using it for tables & chairs, and at the end of the street is a stage for live music.
Many of the lofts feature re-purposed storage spaces that have been turned into rooms and are identified by large sliding fire doors.
