It looks like the Forum is back up again. I hope it is not temporary. I heard the site got hacked again. There is a special place in Hell for those that intentionally screw up the INTERNET. (Just trust me on that one... I can't quote the exact scripture.)

A big thanks to John Roberts and the other smart guys that work on this site. I only have the fun side of this site and no work. We sure appreciate your efforts.

What the heck. Here are a few pics. (Just to make sure photo's work, of course.)

Looking pretty green outside all the sudden for being August!

Yes, we were hacked again. There are a few things that I need to do to get things fixed with higher security. I may have to take parts of the site down from time to time. So, it looks like the site being up will only be temporary, with periods of it being out of commission. Please be patient. I will try to get everything taken care of by the end of the weekend, but I can't promise. On Monday, I have a bunch of meetings, so I won't be able to work on it at all on that day.

OK, I got the forum back up again. I still have more work to do, and that will resume Tuesday evening.

YAY! HUZZAH!
Everything seems to be OK. Million thanks, John.
I second 360's withdrawal metaphor and add my personal paraphrase of the 70's ad: days without the Architecture Forum are like days without sunshine (Though I do not like Anita Bryant and, actually, since these are the searing dog days of summer, days without sunshine are kinda nice; I should have stopped this post at "YAY.")
OK, better: days without the Architecture Forum are like days without websurfing. With or without a nice glass of orange juice at hand.

Even I was suffering from withdrawals while I was trying to get it fixed! The forum was down for a little more than three days.

Happy Birthday, Birdland! I see that you and I both were born in 1957. My birthday is coming up in October.
