Great post Nitixope.
I had forgotten how post-modern the interior design was.

Casinos operate legally on boats that are surrounded by land that it would be illegal on (Louisiana, etc.).  could a casino or possibly a boat brothel ever be legalized?

A boat brothel ?
Are you serious ?
Possibly in Nevada, I guess.
... or Amsterdam.

How do houseboats deal with sewage?
So, what do houseboats do with sewage? Most houseboats will have the sewage pumped out of their sewage tanks when they are docked at a marina. Some marinas will even have a boat that comes to each dock and sucks the sewage out for you.

Are in the deep of the night just give it the overboard treatment?

TRV special sewage district.

I imagine some similar sewage removal process like that used for RVs.

Party boat with a bar.

Make each party goer have to paddle.

I hope so, but I doubt it.
Even with the bill being passed, Id say the chance of getting TRV funding is < 20%
