Interesting article. Of course most of the recent developments in FW have been by from investors based in DFW.

Certainly is an interesting read.

What makes a market mature?

Here's another article with Fort Capital founder Chris Powers. It goes a bit more into this and mentions FW really needing better transit, infrastructure and schools. Also talks about the UR (urban residential) zoning.

I know Fort Worth can be a Tier One city. But as I see it. Fort Worth not only has to outshine Dallas. But North Dallas also. Fort Worth has to overcome Collin County. The Plano's and Frisco's in the area before Institutions look to Fort Worth. Not to mention Denton county close to DFW airport also wants a piece of the pie.
