..anybody remember Hobbs Trailers on North Main St. Or Virgil Bourland Home Applicance?

Have heard of Hobbs , but don't know much about them.

In the 70's Hobbs was just east of N. Main St....maybe on N.E. 38th just south of Terminal Rd.

virgil bourland was a friend of mine and he was also the manager of colonial country club

I've wondered, detail larry, if Virgil Bourland had anything to do with that little airstrip out by the old Pate Museum.
I think it's called 'Bourland Field" or something.

Bourland Field is owned by Richard Bourland. Retired AA captain.

Hobbs was located on N. Main between NW5th and NW6th streets. West side of Main. Still in business at different location in Fort Worth.
