I was wondering about the Grain Silos in South Side Fort Worth, on Dickson St. ... If there are no fences around it, nor any signs warning people from trespassing and etc.... is it illegal to shoot video footage there?

I would say, yes, it is very much illegal. The lack of a fence or trespassing signs doesn't mean it isn't private property. You could do a little Google and TAD research and try to contact the owner to get permission. The property address is 3700 Alice St.

I agree with JBB.  I would consider it illegal.  You might try contacting the owner, as he suggested.  By the way, welcome to the forum.

A sad reminder of why trespassing on vacant properties like this is a bad idea:

A tragic story indeed. I'm just wondering if this will make the owners of the property or the city do something with the stir. I'm not sure why it is around if it is vacant. The city should try to make this into some type of Public Art Project
