Don't forget Arts Goggle this Saturday from 3-10 in the Near Southside area.

There will be a few form members presenting there and it looks like this one has had a lot of work put into it.

I plan to be there, look for the bearded goofy guy with an old Fort Worth Oktoberfest t-shirt on and a camera around his neck!

I can't believe how big this event has gotten. It's definitely no longer just a local event, in terms of the artists it draws.

Anyone gonna be out there Saturday? I always run into a few forumers at the event.

I was able to meet the talented Brian Luenser as he showcased his amazing work! I introduced myself to him as being a Fort Worth forum enthusiast and he mentioned being a fan of John Roberts also! First arts goggle I've attended, might even go as far as saying I enjoyed it more than the Main Street Arts Festival....less crowded.

It got notably more crowded after the TCU game ended.

A year or two ago they had quite a few artists in the South Main village area to, perhaps that will make a comeback after the street is rebuilt.  Or continue to expand further east of Hemphill (Which btw, there were signs  asking people to vote with stickers on what a rebuilt Hemphill might look like, w/ bike lanes, etc)

Probably right, it could just be the larger downtown buildings that make it seem that way. i did visit Park Place about 5:30 and it was a sad affair.

I'm a vendor this year! Will be selling some prints in front of the construction site across from Benito's/Bearded Lady.

I'm planning to attend and bring my camera this year. Hopefully, the weather cooperates.

Rain is possible throughout the day, and there is supposed to be a strong line of storms around midnight.
