In a recent thread about Fairmount, the Benton House was shown. Here are some more photos of this Queen Anne Cottage which is one of the oldest houses in the Fairmount/Southside Historic District: :)

I believe the house is/was for sale and they had an open house this spring. I wanted to go but didn't make it out.

Great shots, Bruce. I've shot that house so many times, but my camera HATES that bright white of the southern elevation, especially when the sun is in the south. Magnificent house. I think the missing fence palings have been replaced, too.
