Wow.  Berry & McCart.  TCU is clearly defining its expanded borders.  Have to believe it's only a matter of time before they absorb everything between McCart and Waits.

 

This is excting for the area.  Hopefully fundraising goes well.

TCU already owns most of the property from its campus to McCart either outright or thru LLP's.  It is just a matter of time until it is all developed and this is a huge start of that occurring.

Kudos to the little university that does big things!  If Austin is the American Capital of Live Music, then Fort Worth, with the Van Cliburn Piano Competition and TCU climbing to the top in cultural music, will be soon known as an American Capital of Classical Music.
