In the late 1920s , Kathryn and George Kelley aka Machine Gun Kelley , lived at this address with Kathryn's Mother . The pair were involved in many crimes in the United States . There was one reason that the house was not under constant watch ? Does anyone know the answer ?

When travelling to and from the house, the Kellys always took New York Ave, which was unpaved, and avoided paved Evans Ave, knowing that the laws watched the paved streets but ignored the unpaved ones.

 

Now, who knows Machine Gun's real name, and how did he come by his Tommy gun?

Kathryn is the one that purchase the tommy gun from the pawn shop in Fort Worth. She gave it to him and made him practice with it. She also collected the empty shell cases and gave them away to friends and relative as souvenirs from Machine Gun Kelly's gun.
