I have a lot of info on the casino / I have the onion copies of the original agreement with the city and the Ohio amusement company , including the details , I also have another document where the city basically reposses the property for non payment - and a complete accounting and the a new lease drawn up.

I have his signature in 1892 , he was 32 years old and resided in the 6th ward , 524 Broadway ,I can't really tell the writing is not very good

I never met him in person , but we sent messages back in forth about all of our mutual love of Fort Worth . He will be missed by many , my prayers are with petes family and friends .

Wilgus dated dec 7, 1926 - for casino beach - also a complete accounting of the money paid to the city from 1927 through 1934 , another document signed mayor Bryce , Keller - city sec - Fairtrace - city manager/ Geo. T Smith / Lake Worth Amusement Company of Texas this dated 26 of man 1933

Update - after further research I think the camp was called w. Arrow s. Park / it was the camp for the swifts at lake worth

Thank you , I have lots of yearbooks that talk about the camp , and I have photos of Northside , central and poly as being involved. And one reference from M H Moore thanking the National Guard for the loan of part of the camp . Whole I've got you on the line , I would like to invite you in to see my museum ,thanks , Larry

the rotc program was started in Fort Worth in 1916 - the two schools that were involved at the start was central and North Side . I have a lot of photos - but what I am trying to find out , was they had a summer or spring camp on Lake Worth . From what I have read it was by the old nine mile bridge , some called it camp Moore , after the school superintendent M H Moore . He was active in this program , so if anyone knows any info on the early days , please let me know . Thanks , Larry
