Yes, admittedly, there has been shock, anger, alarm and uncertainty after a hometown company, XTO announced that its parent company, ExxonMobil is relocating to Woodlands, Texas. And yes, admittedly, the spearhead of these reactions was coming from yours truly. Here is a short and incomplete list hastily put together of some recent jobs having been lost.
2016 Fort Worth/Area Layoffs:
Kellogg Co., - 201 laid-off
Ingram Micro Mobility - 937 laid-off
GE Locomotive - 250 laid-off
Lockheed Martin - 1,000 laid-off
Bell Helicopter - 300 laid-off
Motorola Mobil - 700 laid off
