I think Fort Worth and surrounding cities are missing out on the Live / Work / Loft or Artist's Loft concept. I realize it's a difficult concept to get your head around when dealing with financial types that refuse to look at numbers that won't fit into their standard set of formulas, as most wish to make a buck and bail anyway.
