Well, the end of the month is nearing.  How about a Forum Lunch on Friday, August 30th?  I realize that is part of Labor Day Weekend, but that is the only time I have for meeting with all of you.

Sounds good. Never know if I will make it until I do seeing as work usually has surprises when I least expect.

Would you all like to do Kincaid's on Camp Bowie again?

Is anyone interested in trying Shaw's Burgers & Shakes on Magnolia?  Just throwing it out there; it kind of came up in another thread.  If not, Kincaids is fine for me.

I saw it after I posted Kincaid's.  I'm fine with Shaw's and I like the place.

Sounds good to me. If I can make it there, I can make it anywhere. It's up to you.

Dfwerdoc, that's OK, but we were looking for you.

I do want to say thank you to AndyN, dangr.dave, Doohickie, and gdvanc for attending.  It was a lot of fun, but it seems like our time was too short.  One of these days, we need to do a photography shoot on a weekend.

Definitely still want to do this, think it'd be best to wait a few weeks for the weather to not be 100 degrees.

A friend of mine is leading a photo walk in the Stockyards in October, if anyone is interested:  http://worldwidephot...tes-stockyards/

Unless something comes up, you can count me in.  I have known Steve Reisman, the leader, for a long time.

Personally I'd want to do one with just forumers.

True, but this is a golden opportunity to get with forum members at an event that is already set up.  Also, it would give us a chance to meet other photographers.  As I said earlier, the organizer is a friend of mine who I ride bicycles with from time to time.

From what I can tell, there doesn't appear to be much interest in joining the other group.  How about that I offer a chance for us to get together on our own.
