Hello - I've lived in the Byers & McCart Addition near Paschal since 2003. My home, which we recently renovated and expanded, was a simple, 3/1, 1000-ish square foot layout with asbestos siding - a style common to the area. It's apparent when walking the adjacent blocks that there were perhaps 8-10 (estimating here) floorplans that were utilized when the neighborhood was developed after WWII. I'll attach a picture as an example when I'm not on my phone. I'm curious - does anyone know which planbook might have been used for these homes? Or which contractors or construction firms might have done the work?

Thanks,
Chris

Here's a picture of a home that has the same floorplan mine originally had:

I don't have any of the information that you are seeking, but I have seen that design quite frequently in the neighborhood.  I have lived nearby all of my life, so I'm very familiar with the area.
