It would be fun to pick 12 of them, one a month, and post an impression on the forum each month. A few of them sound extremely delicious. The squid ink fideo pasta at Sera sounds especially interesting - stained teeth and all.

I'm not gastronomically adventurous enough to select a different one every month, but I'll happily go for Chef Jen's Chevre Cheesecake at Magnolia Cheese Shop every month. I might not have tried it if I'd have known it was goat cheese (I'm a culinary wimp) but my goodness that cheesecake is wonderful. Actually, everything I've had there was very good. Nice wine selection as well.
