Hi All,

I finally took the plunge and signed a 1 year lease at The Tower condo. I went from paying $800/month at Hillside to $1600/month at the Tower. I hope I made the right decision. Overall, I really like the floor plan, and the unit I got has a great view of the West. Also, I was told that my unit is much quieter than the ones facing Sundance Square. Anyways, I would like to get a heads up in regards to what to expect about living at The Tower from current residents. Please give me your thoughts about amenities, security, parking, entertainment, neighbor, activities, etc..

Having just moved into The Tower last week I would suggest that your very first purchase be a cart that fits in your trunk, to assist in carrying things from your car to your apt. You'll be very happy you have it when you realize you have more than you can physically carry!

Everyone has been very kind and helpful to me in finding my way around the building. I've only met a couple of residents either in the garage or on the elevator but they were very nice and helpful with information. I feel extremely safe in my comings and goings. I've lived in a high-rise before (vs. a stick house) and knew what to expect in certain situations. I know that once I get everything unpacked and in place, I'm going to be very comfortable in my new home! Rosie
