I looked at buying 2505 Benbrook after graduating from Baylor and getting my first job at General Dynamics 237 years ago  :swg:.  Ended up I I didn't like that it abutted Granbury Road, and the commute to GD would have been a bear.

Anyone know the cast of companies or individuals who have been or are developing these near TCU?  I see Purple Housing is marketing the one most recently posted, but I don't know if they are just a management/leasing company or if they develop them.

Whomever it is needs to PLANT SOME TREES in front of these.  It doesn't cost much and makes SUCH A DIFFERENCE.  PLEASE.

Chuckled clicking the link and their drawing is 50% trees.

The city even has a free tree program. I just got a Mexican Oak and Sycamore.

I'm curious what the forum members think about larger multi-family buildings like this vs. the single family lot buildings.

That's not multifamily, that's student housing (whether they admit it or not).

It looks very Portlandish or Denmarky.

That's being very charitable.
