The 3rd edition! Here are 2014 and 2013's, for those curious

 

Downtown didn't really see any significant construction projects completed this year, Hunter Plaza being the biggest. However, several more large proposals have either been announced (Pier 1 apartments, Sinclair Marriott, Hampton Inn, Lancaster Ave project) or have started construction or site prep (Frost Tower, River Tower II, Pinnacle Bank Place) Overall, 2016 and 17 should be big years for downtown Fort Worth.

Southside continues the trend of Downtown, not many large or significant projects where completed this year, but several are currently rising. South Main took a torch this year and several large projects are in the works along the under renovation street (Highpointe on S. Main, UT Southwestern medical center) and a few large apartment complex's elsewhere in the neighborhood (400 S. Jennings, Oleander) There are dozens more midsize projects going on to. 2016 and 2017 should see many more completed projects and the further bettering of the neighborhood.

The Cultural District seems to be running ever more quickly out of room for new construction, but still driving new infill contruction (Eyeworks, Westin) and the biggest peice of the puzzle (Left Bank) is now underway.

I would add the new Rahr brewery/taproom to be built on the current site in the Near Southside for 2016.

 

The Riverside projects along Oakhurst scenic should also get underway in 2016, though I don't know if they fall beyond the scope of your list.

In the near Northside category I see:  -Renovation, additions, and restorations Garvey House 1812 Samuels Ave. First, I don't think there is an 1812 Samuels...the highly endangered city and state landmarked William B. Garvey house is at 769 Samuels and while I remain optimistic that there's still a chance for it to be saved and restored, 2015 was a perilous year for the towered Queen Anne style Victorian home as it has seen some vandalism, illegal entries with kids setting off fireworks inside, and the currently City boarded up property remains in a precarious state. My most recent discussions with the owner from a few months ago were not encouraging; he's open to the historic home being moved which is feasible but not very practical. Dallas has its Old City Park with a small collection of historic homes from the greater Dallas area that might have otherwise been demolished due to development of from neglect. While I remain hopeful the single family residential character of Samuels Avenue-Rock Island will remain, if wholesale redevelopment someday descends on the neighborhood, as a plan "B" perhaps some of the historic homes remaining (among the oldest in Fort Worth) could end up in the on-going Stockyards redevelopment in a similar setting as Old City Park in Dallas. I'd hate to see that fate happen to the Garvey House (and our 1888 Victorian as well) but it would still be better than demolition.
