All of the local news stations are reporting that an Ohio based company has purchased the Adolphus Hotel in Downtown Dallas. The hotel opened in 1912. A few of the stations are reporting that renovations may be in the future for the building. If you haven't been inside, it has one of the best old-world style interiors of any building in the area.
