Varsity - a new bar under contruction in the vacant bldg across street from Magnolia Motor Lounge.

Is that a rooftop deck being built ?

I love the way  a lot of the industrial buildings in that area are being repurposed. It adds an organic feel to the area that would not be there if all the development was from the ground up and large (well, medium) scale. Look forward to tossing a pint back from that roof-top deck.
