Sounds like there's some work coming to this little old building. TAD lists the date built as 1905. A few permits have been filed, including one mentioning an exterior staricase.

A peak at the plans sitting inside. They say "Office adaptive reuse" and IDG appear to be the architects.

Here's the backside of the building on General Worth Square. I've always love the way these old buildings look from the back, they all tell a story. It's a bit of a shame there is a wall in the square, it'd be a great place to have a patio or something with ground floor retail in the main building.

Many years ago, when the building had a restaurant in it, we had a forum meeting inside.

Wow, that would make a pretty incredible Work/Live space for someone.

Really neat first floor space

oh thats across from my work. I saw when they started adding the staircases on the back. also saw a furnishing truck pull up about a week ago to unload Im assuming some furniture. sadly couldnt look for long so I couldnt see if it was office furniture or restaurant equipment.
