I mainly was interested in posting this to see if this quote would make anyone's head explode:

Yeah, I can see the start of this already. I live in North Johnson Co. by the Chisholm and we are now at the " startup of small housing additions and larger rumors " phase. " See those new homes on the old XYZ ranch?" " Heard QT bought the land at the corner" etc.
Also seeing the initiation of infrastructure projects ( drainage, utility relocation,etc.)
The amount of traffic on the old country roads has increased to an almost dangerous level level since the Chisholm was completed as well ( usually on the weekends.)
Without deviation from the norm progress is not possible. F. Zappa.
