This Fort Worth house was originally built in 1904 and is now a Bed & Breakfast: the Hattie May Inn. :)

A wider view of the Hattie May Inn: :)

This a beautiful late Queen Anne style Victorian. It's design is so distinctive, I've wondered if it was not a planbook house pattern from George Franklin Barber or one of his mail-order architectural contemporaries. I've admired it since the late 1980's as well as the little pocket neighborhood surrounding it. Though isolated now, the neighborhood remnant reveals the type of architecture once plentifully found on the near-Southside from Magnolia Avenue to downtown. Thanks for sharing great photos of one of my favorite Fort Worth homes.

Thank you, John, for adding additional information to this post. The Inn is located within the "Leuda-May Historic District." It's a nice little neighborhood -- like an island in that part of town.

This property now on the market. I saw a realtor sign in front when I drove past it last weekend.
