Best wishes for a merry Christmas and a happy holiday season to everyone out there. I hope everyone is getting the same chance to unwind, relax, and spend time with family that I am. And maybe a few new toys to play with.

Today outside its a cold 32° with a 7 mph North wind and a chill factor of 25°. Brrrr its cold outside.

Thanks for the good wishes, John. I learn a lot from this forum about what is going on in Fort Worth and very much appreciate it. I would like to make it up for one of the Friday lunches sometime to put monikers with faces. I have tremendous belief that the 2020''s will be transformative for the great city of Fort Worth.
