As promised in the Bangkok topic, here are a few pictures of traditional Thai architecture.
First, in Bangkok, the Palace:
Within the Palace grounds is the Wat (Temple) of the Jade Buddha. To be precise, though, the Buddha image itself is not in the specific buildings pictured here:
In Chiang Mai, Thailand's second-largest city, a shrine dedicated to a great teacher of Buddhism:
