I'd gladly accept 5 more of these... Same height and all.

This will make another nice addition to our skyline.

My silly brain kept thinking of this as a new rendering for The Worth.

At 9th and Commerce... oh this IS exciting!

The building was originally described as "Mixed-Use".  It was placed in the Commercial section because we didn't know what the percentage of retail to office to parking to residential was going to be.  It's now looking like it is going to be mostly residential with ground floor retail.  Therefore, a move to the "Residential" section will probably be appropriate.

I think mixed-use towers are becoming more and more of the norm. Even Frost has a condo. Or at least that is what I saw in one rendering.

Such a good location for a residential tower.

I wonder if Sky House is looking at Fort Worth yet.

"West Texas is out of the question for Sky House".

I'll gladly take this 35-story tower over a 24-story SkyHouse tower. :)

EDIT: I'd gladly take both if feasible. If forced to choose between the two, I'd pick our current proposal.

Though you may not like it, don't be surprised if you see one pop up on Henderson or somewhere on Panther Island in the not-so-distant future.

The SkyHouse in Dallas is ugly because it has identical twins in other cities?

Sounds like Dallas ought to stick with low-rise apartment buildings. No two low-rise buildings are identical.

Well Skyhouse is a Brand and I guess keeping their buildings the same makes sense when you are branding.  Most obscure and lackluster 24 story condo towers get lost anyway in the sea of other 20-30 condo towers so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
