"2000 Ross" will replace a surface lot at the corner of Ross and Olive, in or near the "cultural district" portion of downtown Dallas and will feature:

 

-Two towers, the taller being 26 floors

-350 apartments

-227 hotel rooms

-30,000 sq ft of retail/restaurant space

-2,000 parking spaces

That's a goodlookin building. What's great about it is that Trammel could have just built a much needed parking garage. Adding the hotel and residential turned this into a wonderful development.
