It's summer so you have to expect kids playing in an open interactive fountain due to he heat, the fact that they're off from school and it's free. The square is a huge success in attracting families and I'm sure some are dining there and having some Starbucks etc. When the fall rolls around it'll be dead again in the daytime with much fewer people on the weeknights. I see this as just a temporary issue. Plus I was told the guard on duty has an app that controls the fountain that he or she turns down/off when it gets rowdy.

They new digital clock is up and it's very cool, especially at night. Del Frisco's grille and Radio Shack are doing their last minute preparations but overall, it looks like it's coming together nicely, although I think the inside of the office buildings won't be completed yet. They're still tearing up the streets so it looks like it's going to be a last-minute completion.
