So, Aaron Harris of Direct Action Texas give a talk last night about evidence of vote harvesting that he has collected and turned into the Secretary of State, who in turned referred the materials to the Office of the Attorney General who is now investigating, as you may have seen in the media lately.

Here is a link to a video of the lengthy presentation https://www.facebook...54525331488162/

I listened to the audio last night on my way home from work. I did not see all the examples ballot request and carrier envelope signatures that were presented, but there is some pretty compelling evidence that vote harvesting did take place on a large scale. Not one or ten or hundreds of ballots but thousands.

Harris claims that the vote harvesting was used to steal the election from Lon Burnham and Steve Thornton as well as to cause the City Charter Amendments to pass when they should not have. He also claims that the votes benefited other races including the Fort Worth ISD board, the Tarrant Regional Water District board election and several others.

As I said it is a very long and thorough presentation. If I recall correctly, the specific elections that he calls out starts somewhere after the 45 minute mark.

I'm definitely grabbing my popcorn to sit back and watch.

I went to the presentation last night, and it was very powerful. The majority of the folks in the room were not my political demographic, but there were elected officials from both parties in attendance. This vote harvesting that is going on is not confined to one party or the other, but this has all the makings of a huge deal that will be watched throughout Texas and even the country.

The blatant actions of the folks involved to leave their "fingerprints" all over the forms is unbelievable. Although it is a long presentation, I would encourage anyone who resides in this area to watch it and learn all about The Fort Worth Way.

I can't find the dang story to see exactly what his quote was, but Bud Kennedy appeared in a WFAA piece last night on this subject and said something along the lines of this entire investigation involving less than a dozen disputed votes.

If Bud said such a thing, he could not be more incorrect. There are stacks of thousands of mail in ballots that were falsified. Don't worry, the State Attorney General's office and the FBI are in possession of all of them.

Again, I couldn't find the story on WFAA's trainwreck of a website, so I can't verify the exact quote.  Nonetheless, it was very much in the spirit of this being much ado about nothing.

My question is how does he have all this evidence?  Either he is intercepting the mail or someone in the voters registration office is showing him this--both of which are illegal.

Also, the complaint is over 1 witness on 5 different people not family members.  That is all the actual evidence they have.  That isn't voter fraud, but rather user error in witnessing 5 non-related folks mail in ballots.

In other words, this is political motivated to scare tactics running up to an election.

Finally, anyone who trusts this con man who is Mart Bennett's puppet is truly bizarre.

So you're saying you didn't watch the video and you're arguing against evidence that you don't know about?

If you were to watch the presentation you would realize that the evidence is based on public information requests. The ballot request forms and the carrier envelopes are public information that anyone can look at. The ballots are secret and not part of the evidence presented.

That 1 witness on 5 different people reference is spin from an article that was written before the presentation.

I'm not sure who Mart Bennett is but if you would deny evidence of vote fraud because of who presents it I can only assume that you support the candidates who benefit from vote fraud.

I can assume that you are ignoring that there would have to be a perfect, fool proof conspiracy carried out by a number of voter fraud activists knowing precisely what the number of required votes to add or subtract to get the result that the activists desire.  And since both those pro or con a particular issue or candidate will be working surreptitiously and not knowing what the other is doing.

Then there is, of course, oversight  being done by both pro and con activists to scrutinize one another actions; not to mention that nothing can be kept a secret in these times.

Voter fraud is silly talk borne from a silly political campaign.

That you are not addressing the specific examples of vote fraud presented in Mr. Harris' presentation suggests that you also have not seen it?

If RICO applied to election laws, this would probably fall to the level of organized crime. Yes, there is an organizational chart included. Yes, they have recorded interviews with the bottom levels of the flow chart, the people that were on the ground. They have recorded interviews with citizens whose votes were stolen. They have pay stubs from the organizers who paid the ground workers. They have fax headers that show where the ballot requests were sent from. And the requests were usually sent in on a Wednesday because it would arrive at the residence on a Saturday when it was easier to steal. And every mail  voter in the precinct has the same handwriting. And some of the voters could not remember how to spell their own name.

A precise number of votes is not required to steal an election. When you have evidence of thousands of irregular ballots on an election that comes down to 76 or 110 votes it is quite possible that the results have been affected.

The oversight or lack thereof is discussed in the presentation. If you watched, you would learn all about ballot by mail process and the inherent flaws.

It is very perplexing to me that you are arguing against vote fraud without reviewing the evidence presented. There is an active Office of Attorney General investigation ongoing and this is definitely not a partisan issue. Both people who would identify as republican and democrat are involved. I do regret the timing of this revelation in that our attention is more focused on national affairs that overshadow this problem.

Your suggestion is correct. I admit that I have not seen the presentation.

As a practice, I do not have a tolerance for the "conspiracy realm".  Instead, I try to settle things in my own mind through a rational approach to things and which more often provides a sensible explanation.

So, while it may be intriguing to raise questions about ballots, remember that there is a recount mechanism in place to arrive at the correct result.  Ultimately, voter fraud happens when during the attempt to arrive at  the correct result is interrupted by a partisan judiciary to prevent the will of the people.

The acceptance of the results of an election, and if necessary the recount, is fundamental to maintaining a civil democracy; and to do otherwise will open the door to chaos.

Through social media contacts with people I know from running in the TRWD election, I am seeing reports that the Attorney General's office has effected 4 arrests in Tarrant County today for voter fraud.

Now being reported on WBAP. AG's office cracks voter fraud ring. Hopefully Aaron Harris gets some credit for his effort.

I am curious if these women had any connection to Sal Espino because Aaron Harris reported that a lot of the documents he investigated were handled through Espino's office.
