I was also there, and enjoyed my stay. I was a little tired from walking on the Near Southside Version of the Downtown Fort Worth Walking Tour, but I walked the entire event and stayed a little while at some of the booths.

Austin, I'm already ahead of you. I read the article early this morning. As for the Power Plant, I'll believe it when I see it.

That one portion of the facade is original to the second phase of the shopping center. The two adjacent stores have covered over that brick facade. I will go back and check some of my archives to see what I can determine. With all of the construction and with Barnes & Noble and Blue Mesa closing, I don't go over there at all.

I have seen many of them on the Trinity Trails. If you don't look closely, you might just think they are another small bird. Back when I was doing some photography for my office, I was sent out to our Game On location near I-820 and I-30. A pair of bluebirds had a nest in one of the newly planted trees, and I stood under that tree to take a photograph. I was dive bombed by the nesting couple. They were very aggressive for a small bird.
