I've been watching the transformation of 1410 N. Main Street, next to Byblos.  Below is a picture of the building before renovation.  Into the West Furniture, which recently lost its lease on West 7th, is renovating the space and doing a great job.  They've removed all of the stucco and opened it all up.  If you drive by you won't recognize the building.  I have a newer photo, but haven't put it on my Flickr yet.  I hope that whole row of buildings can be brought back to life soon.

N Main has tremendous potential, really great and historic walkable bones in the architcture. It doesn't get talked about nearly enough. I hope to see more investment along the street in the future.
