Haha, oops, didn't realize we already had the pedestrian-crossing conversation in this very thread 3 years ago.
What will be in place of the Airporter (transportation center) in downtown Fort Worth?

You're all good. We don't expect you to research all forum history before making a post. There's been some recent conversations on the topic so your timing was perfect.

Should have saved at least 2-3 of those mature live oak trees at northeast and southeast corners of that site. I'm sure it made the civil engineer's job easier to just wipe them out.

Is that the portion of the garage facing north toward Belknap & Weatherford?
I think we should have a higher standard for garage screening than that, assuming what is shown is the final or nearly final product.

I drove by today. Looks like they are open and leasing now. I think it looks pretty good.

I've seen flyers for the building in a few local restaurants recently.

Critique: facade too busy. Should have kept simpler. Could just simplify # of colors at this point.

If you're basing that on the photo in post #58 then yes it would be too busy... however, the area that is orange is now dark blue like the right side of the building. It looks much more uniform now.

Here is my construction video of the two years constructing this Huntley apartment complex. I droned it weekly so this is really a "Best Of" video.

I noticed a bit of activity at this site on E. 1st St.
Also, the design firm's website mentions "Fort Worth - Coming Soon" https://urbanstrategy.us/
