Surely folks on the forum know about this, but it's an international story in the art world....

I came to visit the Michelangelo, and it was jaw dropping. But my surprise was "Butchers, Dragons, Gods & Skeletons" - WOW! Spectacular! Can't get it out of my mind. Really, go see it before it ends on 10/25. Never seen anything like it - and I conceitedly have seen much art around the world. And we stayed at the Ashton - also perfect. Had drinks at Capital Bar - staff were friendly and helpful. Had dinner at Ellerbe's Fine Food - after a shaky first step with the service, had one of the best meals I've had since I've been back in Texas - highly recommended (and a hot crowd, too). And topped the weekend with an early Sunday morning visit to the Japanese Garden. Sublime! You folks are lucky, in case you don't know...

It is reported to be traveling to the Met in NY and Tate in London. Worth the trip. Way to go Fort Worth and the Kimbell. I still think about it how magnificent it was... For the uninitiated, here's a link to the exhibit that is still up. (Again, WOW!):
