Well, it looks like a chain is going to set up shop on Magnolia Ave. Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken will be opening a location at 1065 W. Magnolia. Fort Worth, Texas Magazine reports the opening. Below is the link to the story:

Gus's is a pretty unique and urban chain, no harm done IMO. I expect it to be popular.

Isn't Cane Rosso a chain?

Mixed feelings about this one...the food is going to be pricey for fast casual and it's not an independent restaurant. Still, it will be nice to get some home cooking after Paris closes at 2 p.m.

Cane Rosso is a local chain. I was thinking the Magnolia location was their second restaurant, but now they have five locations. They are all here in DFW, but they plan to open a Houston restaurant soon.
