No it's not a pedestrian-friendly urban mixed-use town center, but it is suburban sprawl with a twist:

The Perot guys are apparently always on the lookout for new ways to develop the vast tracts of land they control in Far North Fort Worth. They are plugging 1150 acres into what they call the "emerging agrarian living movement" stressing agricultural self-sufficiency. Interesting idea, helping people connect back to the natural food base can't be bad, it will be interesting to see how they go about doing it. It would be a shame to see the 11 acre on-site lake plugged with algae fed by toxic ag runoff in a few years...
