The article was in the DBJ and didn't mention a Fort Worth location, but it looks like a concept that could work here as well as anywhere.

I'm a huge fan of Snap Kitchen here in Austin. I emailed the company with your suggestion they look at Magnolia and West 7th, and added near Westside, TCU, Hulen, and downtown. I got an almost immediate response from the owner Martin Berson: "Thanks for the kind note. We're not initially targeting Fort Worth, but hope to expand there soon. We'll absolutely start looking in the areas you're suggesting." I really hope they do. I think Snap Kitchen would do great in Fort Worth. Their food is healthy, tasty, and terrific. For someone who doesn't really like to cook, the Snap Kitchen concept is perfect.
