Some of you may remember the sculpture set up in "Sundance Square" (qoutes as it was a parking lot at the time) during ESPN's coverage of the Superbowl. ST states,

The sculpture will have a permanent home in Fort Worth after the Super Bowl, at a site yet to be determined.

But I have not heard or seen anything about it since.

Anyone know where it is and if it will return?

Uh, hope it is not where too many people can see it. "Crass" begins to describe what I see in that metal, I hesitate to call it a sculpture, but hey, I am not trying to set anyone else's standards.

Not that I liked it, but was it public or private "art?"

Ameristeel commissioned it and donated it to "whoever" in the city had a home for it. So I suppose I might call it private art technically. Had there been a city-owned home for it I suppose you could have then called it public......

Someone should put that thing out of its misery and recycle it.
