Ambassador Hotel Conversion

I've loved this building since first going there for a private party in the 90's.  The video doesn't come close to capturing all the historic details in this place. The story really didn't dwell on on it, but from what I understand, the conversion will be micro apartments.  I believe the developer does mention they'll average 500 sq ft.

It's really sad that Dallas lost such a landmark.  Had it been rehabilitated, it probably would have spurred more redevelopment.
