Feels like a random location.

It is random and I love that.  Hopefully it survives and does well enough to promote other commercial and retail growth in the area.

Yeah, I don't care if it's random or not.  How long have we all wanted something other than residential on Samuels?

Honestly, I've never thought of anything but residential for Samuels.

The area was planned as mixed use and it's just never come together.  I would love to see it turn into a neighborhood where residents don't have to get in a vehicle to buy groceries or have dinner.

Seriously?

I must have missed that, because it NEVER crossed my mind to even make it more than residential.

It was easy to miss since the plan started 2 decades ago.  I think my wife's grandfather sold property on Harding and Grant to Struhs back in 2002.
