In the 80s before Hulen Mall expanded, I used to take my son (who's 26 now) to a little place at the west entrance to the mall and we'd get corndogs. I'm not talking about the food court in the current mall; that wasn't there yet. There was a restaurant place with kind of a restaurant theme. Anyone else remember that place?

Ranch Style Beans and Wolf Brand Chili are both owned by ConAgra Foods and have adapted their recipes to similar ConAgra products.

Ranch Styles now don't have the same "husband pleasin" taste I remember growing up.

I miss the chicken fried steak with the yellow gravy at biffs. And the aweful pizza at crystals pizza on Camp Bowie along with the self serve Sundae bar.
